I have been interested in things becoming obsolete. I'm fascinated how at one time someone spends a lot of time, energy and money to build something and sooner or later it will become obsolete or even a burden. What does this tell to the people who designed and built these buildings, objects, technology? Does it take away from the pride they must have felt when they finalized their work?
